Hey guys, need some advice. Alright, I've been hitting the gym ever since I was 26, I want to say. BUT... it was in my 30's where I got into it with a lot more disciple and regularity. I'm pretty happy with my gains arms, chest and butt... hehe, even though, I do think my butt is more genetic than anything else. Here's where I am having a lot of challenge tho: Back fat. I cannot seem to get rid of it and I'm not sure if that's a possibility. Now, I've heard other guys complain that their back fat is the most stubborn part. I'm posting some pics and hopefully someone can give me some advice. I'm afraid tho that most advice might be diet, which I have to admit I do struggle with, because I lack discipline in that department. I really like bread, potatoes and rice, not to mention SWEETS! hahaha, but I suppose I can bite the bullet. But also, perhaps I'm just stuck with a rectangular type of body?

I also can't seem to get bigger. As if I'm stuck at this size. Any advice on that department would be awesome.

Thank guys!

You’re right. If you have fat in places you don’t want it, your overall body fat is too high. You can’t spot reduce, not really targeted at least.

There are tricks to help with diet and moderation though. You can still enjoy sweets and breads, and certainly potatoes and rice.
