I think he looks great, all things being equal, but from what I can tell, outside of films he seems to have a thing for trying to look like a wannabe douche. (I hear he acts that way as well, but without knowing him personally I'll avoid making assumptions.)

I can't believe I'm saying this (below the neck, Mr. Efron is lovely, but his face looks like it was constructed out of Photoshop and concealer), but I'd take Efron over Pettyfer. Just from an aesthetic point-of-view, Zac Efron has more good angles than Pettyfer does.

Of course, they're both good looking.

Like chrizzian, I had to google him also, and I also think he's about 3 or 4. Doesn't do it for me. Facial hair or not, the same. He *does* appear to have a killer body though.
