Woah. I prefer the top to be compassionate and knows that shoving it in will not be happening unless i say it's ok. If they don't understand the damage they can do, it's not going to happen.

I urge caution on using any sort of pain relief on an area of the body you can't see or are relying on the other person to be gentle with especially if you take advice from someone that tells you to find someone who will shove it in without caring about pain of the bottom. If it tears, you want to know. The top probably won't know.
