More precisely, Dubai is the Middle East capital of escorts of both sexes, men usually pose on social media as “personal trainers” or “fitness influencers”, women as “fashion models”. I do feel he manipulates his pics to make him appear wider. His face has changed so much from 2021 to 2025 most likely from hormone abuse.
