Funny that this subject would come up. I was at the clinic 4 or 5 months ago, getting my regular testing for STD's. Part of that check up is a pretty close inspection of your dick. The woman doctor who was examine me mentioned that I had Hypospadias. I had no idea what she was talking about. So she takes my dick and twists it so I can see the underside. She points to where my uretha is and explains that usually it is much closer to the tip of the penis. Then she explains that I have a very mild case and that this issue can occur anywhere on the base of the penis. The whole time she is talking she has my dick in her hand as if it is her own personal visual aid for her explanation. Of course I start to get hard and am sporting a pretty good semi before she drops it.
So basically I have gone my whole life without realizing I have Hypospadias. The one thing that it did clear up for me is why I can't pull my dick out, put my hands on my hips and start peeing. I always thought that was because my dickhead curves slightly.
For those who are interested in what this looks like, here are a couple of photos. You can see my uretha is just below the tip of the penis. If this condition is suppose to make your dick smaller, I gotta wonder how much bigger my dick would have grown. lol.View attachment 773410
Thanks for sharing that. I have Hypospadias and had a series of not very successful operations to try and correct it. Length apart (mine's very much shorter than yours) your cock looks similar to mine in terms of where the meatus (pee hole) is positioned.
