Everyone has a theory, but if you are like me, I don't want to be tied down to a lifetime or even short period of time of herbal supplement intake. Herbal supplements can seriously mess up the chemical production and harmony inside your body over long term use.
Here is my proven recipee for bigger and more healthy loads:
5+ glasses of water per day
At least 20 mins of cardio per day
Multivitamin + additional 20mg of zinc (evaluate your diet to be sure that you arent taking in more than 100mg of zinc, this is hard to do, but it's worth mentioning.) You only NEED ~12mg of zinc, any excess is stored in muscles/prostate/skin, etc.
High protein intake = Chicken, fish, rice, soy milk (Silk), etc.(protein helps metabolize zinc)
Eliminate McDonalds from your life and other fast food.
Brocoli
Celery
Just eat right and try to force yourself to eat foods that may not be in your taste-bud comfort zone, but are super duper healthy. It's a state of mind and your taste buds WILL adapt.
Zinc plays an intense roll in so many things masculine because it is proven to increase testosterone, which will have an affect in so many other different aspects of your body and life.
Everything else mentioned may require a lifestyle change for a lot of people, however, it's a fact that most people in western civilizations need a lifestyle change for the better.
After I made this lifestyle change, my penis is more full (hofty?), my balls are getting bigger (they may have shrank though, due to being zinc defficient), my confidence and thought process and attention are through the roof, and so are my loads.
Again, evaluate your zinc intake. If you take too much, you will become copper defficient, which can cause your cholesterol to go up. I probably take in about 40mg of zinc/day with the pill and eating habits. Just make sure that if you are supplementing with zinc, that you are also getting copper in your diet in some form. Thats not hard to do if you like nuts, and it appears that won't be a problem for many on this site.....
This may be a regurgitation of information from so many other threads, but all I know is that it's what worked for me, and I wanted to stress the importance of zinc.
Limit alcohol, quit smoking if you smoke, and keep saturated fats to a minimum. All those thing deplete zinc in the body. A likely reason as to why so many Americans are zinc deficient and have fertility issues.
Limit jerking off. Keep it to once every few days. Limit porn viewing. Too much of anything is bad. Take some time off so that you can give yourself something to look forward to. Maybe use it as a reward. If you feel like jerking off, don't and do some other task, like, anything... Mow the lawn, clean the house, workout. Force yourself to prolong it. These tactics alone are sure to increase your loads. Add everything else mentioned to the mix and I promise you will be way more content and pleased with your sexual being.... No doubt.
Oh and for those that want the clear cut answer.. I was shooting maybe 5 times per load and now after this lifestyle change I am at around 10 shots per load, and much more volume. Thats double. I also have always done PC muscle exercises. I discourage jelquing for size gains though. Thats an excellent way to cause an aneurism in your penis (bulging/ballooning of veins) and destroy capilaries...
