Everyone has a theory, but if you are like me, I don't want to be tied down to a lifetime or even short period of time of herbal supplement intake. Herbal supplements can seriously mess up the chemical production and harmony inside your body over long term use.

Here is my proven recipee for bigger and more healthy loads:
5+ glasses of water per day
At least 20 mins of cardio per day
Multivitamin + additional 20mg of zinc (evaluate your diet to be sure that you arent taking in more than 100mg of zinc, this is hard to do, but it's worth mentioning.) You only NEED ~12mg of zinc, any excess is stored in muscles/prostate/skin, etc.
High protein intake = Chicken, fish, rice, soy milk (Silk), etc.(protein helps metabolize zinc)
Eliminate McDonalds from your life and other fast food.
Brocoli
Celery
Just eat right and try to force yourself to eat foods that may not be in your taste-bud comfort zone, but are super duper healthy. It's a state of mind and your taste buds WILL adapt.

Zinc plays an intense roll in so many things masculine because it is proven to increase testosterone, which will have an affect in so many other different aspects of your body and life.
Everything else mentioned may require a lifestyle change for a lot of people, however, it's a fact that most people in western civilizations need a lifestyle change for the better.

After I made this lifestyle change, my penis is more full (hofty?), my balls are getting bigger (they may have shrank though, due to being zinc defficient), my confidence and thought process and attention are through the roof, and so are my loads.

Again, evaluate your zinc intake. If you take too much, you will become copper defficient, which can cause your cholesterol to go up. I probably take in about 40mg of zinc/day with the pill and eating habits. Just make sure that if you are supplementing with zinc, that you are also getting copper in your diet in some form. Thats not hard to do if you like nuts, and it appears that won't be a problem for many on this site.....

This may be a regurgitation of information from so many other threads, but all I know is that it's what worked for me, and I wanted to stress the importance of zinc.
Limit alcohol, quit smoking if you smoke, and keep saturated fats to a minimum. All those thing deplete zinc in the body. A likely reason as to why so many Americans are zinc deficient and have fertility issues.

Limit jerking off. Keep it to once every few days. Limit porn viewing. Too much of anything is bad. Take some time off so that you can give yourself something to look forward to. Maybe use it as a reward. If you feel like jerking off, don't and do some other task, like, anything... Mow the lawn, clean the house, workout. Force yourself to prolong it. These tactics alone are sure to increase your loads. Add everything else mentioned to the mix and I promise you will be way more content and pleased with your sexual being.... No doubt.

Oh and for those that want the clear cut answer.. I was shooting maybe 5 times per load and now after this lifestyle change I am at around 10 shots per load, and much more volume. Thats double. I also have always done PC muscle exercises. I discourage jelquing for size gains though. Thats an excellent way to cause an aneurism in your penis (bulging/ballooning of veins) and destroy capilaries...

I have found that Pumpkin Seed Oil has remarkable properties to increase level of semen. I believe it is rich in zinc, and you have the option to include the seeds (available at health food stores) in salads and other foods; also GNC sells a capsule version of Pumpkin Seed Oil. Even short term (2 hours before a sexual encounter) I have experienced noticeable increase in semen volume.

This seems like sound advice to me. Mostly b/c I already do almost everything 18t recommends, and my partners have always commented on the quantity of my loads (and their thickness). I'm devoted to fitness (lift, run, cycle, swim), and I eat right including broccoli often, plus lean protein supplemented with protein shakes and a daily multi-vitamin/mineral. Really havent seen the quantity or force of my loads diminish much if at all thru the years.
I also agree that limiting jerking off is essential. I very rarely do it, and my theory is it maintains your cock's sensitivity to other, um, cavities more pleasant than your own fist.

Zinc is where it's at. It's in almost every penis enlargement/semen enhancer pill on the market. It's about the only thing those companies get right. It's really helped my concentration, mood, and confidence. I am way more stable. So many studies of kids and adults classified with ADHD or ADD show that the majority are zinc defficient, and that zinc plays a key role in healthy brain neurotransmition. This can relate to sex. The more I am concentrated on some nice tits, or sensation (or whatever you are into), I'm sure the bigger my climax and load will be. Proper testosterone levels (zinc increases testosterone, it's proven) are also important to keep your adrenal hormones in check. If you are T defficient, youre likely to have an overative or sensative adrenal function. This means you are more suseptable to the fight or flight feeling. Had a skim read - looks very thorough. Did a ctrl - f on ejac.... and semen and didn't find any words like ejaculate or semen in the document.

You have to take it all in, disect the medical jargin, and connect the dots to see how it relates or could relate to semen production, etc. The article does not revolve around that topic whatsoever, but it does touch on testosterone i think, which is critical for spermatogenesis (sp?) and all things prostate related (semen) Do a search with key words "zinc, semen, testosterone" etc. to make all the connections. Please don't ask me to provide a video or whatever to prove/satisfy all this. I'm 0% gay, and the point is for you to see for yourself. I have to agree with the water intake and the vitamins. I have been taking vitamins for the past 6 months and I have J/O for six days in a row and my loads each day were thick and creamy and a sizeable amount.

This is a good topic. I recently started a cardio/weight and nutrition program. In only a week I have noticed my libido and semen volume are already noticeably better off than they were. I am eating protein and complex carbs 6 times a day (small 350-500 calorie meals). I am never hungry, sleeping less and have more energy. It's funny, we all know how important nutrition and exercise is in the US (I think), but until you take the time to try and practice good exercise and healthy eating you don't realize how far off the mark you might be. Plus, once I lose some weight my penis will look bigger. Yay!

Everything you say in your post is damn good advice. I would however, avoid Soy in all its forms. There is, albeit controversial, evidence that soy can raise Estradiol (Estrogen E2) levels in men thereby decreasing Free Testosterone levels. It also increases SHBG (Sex Hormone Binding Globulin) that decreases Free T. This may be a good thing for you in the sack for now but ultimately, SHBG will cause prostate (BPH) issues and the lower T will gradually lessen your ability to perform in the sack. It may also affect your libido.

Also, if you do not get enough cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, brussel sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower) you may wish to supplement with All About Diindolylmethane (DIM) that will regulate your hormone levels away from Estradiol and increase your Free T. DIM effects are dramatic as shown when I listed my before and after blood tests elsewhere here on lpsg.
