I don't know if I'd jump to that conclusion right away, what you're seeing is a public persona. It's not like any of us know him personally. Maybe he's gay and in denial. Maybe he's gay and decided to say bi to appeal to a wider audience. Maybe he's bi and only posts m-m content because showing a female will chase some of his gay subscribers away, and he figures he'd be better off just aiming for a gay audience.
We don't know him, we only know what he chooses to show. For all we know he could be married, straight, has 2.5 kids, and is a very good actor and open sexually.
