I would imagine a lot of people simply respect him enough not to post or thought it was gross and deleted what they have. Then a smaller few either are selling them or simply gatekeeping what they got. So that must narrow it down to so few like whoever did post probably is in quite a bit of trouble or only cared enough to troll and post the few needed to stir up the internet. Not to mention some that are just too afraid to post at all to avoid any consequences.
