I was not a juror in her case. I do not have ALL of the facts presented, except those which were made public. As a juror previously, the judge informs you what you must have in order to find them guilty. 12 jurors plus the alternates ALL said the same thing. Juror 3, I watched her interview here and she herself said more or less, not guilty of these charges does not necessarily mean she is not guilty. She just more or less stated that they didn't have what they needed to find her guilty. It's tragic in any event.

Charged with Murder 1, the jury also had the option of Muder 2 (which has no death penalty), Manslaughter 1 & 2, as well as criminally negligent homicide. The jury found her not guilty, with predjudice, of any of the lesser included charges to do with the death of the child. She was found guilty of being a sociopathic liar, but not guilty on ANY charge that had to do with the death of the child.

The police had been informed of those bags months before. If they had done a proper investigation, they might have been able to get more information.

The district attorney had specifically sought the death penalty. The judge gave them specific instructions on voting. Her mother committed perjury over 5 times trying to save Casey's life. That is one jacked up family. The defense sunk to all time lows trying to get her off. First they claimed her dad raped her. Then, they claimed her brother raped her. Then her mother lied, and claimed she looked up chloroform. She wasn't even home at the time. What a piece of crap that family turned out to be.
I still say why is this in the celebrity dick thread? Those people aren't dicks. They are assholes.

Personally, I wouldn't give a plug nickle for her life. She better lay low for a really long time.

This story is just trashy in so many different ways. The defense lawyer was trashy... Jose Baez was denied a license to practice law for eight years prior to this case because of low down behavior like failing to pay child support and foreclosures on his house... He had a bikini business going for awhile. He he. Was a highschool dropout just like Casey Anthony.

That Casey chick is phony, a liar. A con. She's just soooo trashy. Her mother's a liar.

The whole thing just reeks... If anyone ever wanted to know what a con smells like, just hang around Jose Baez lawyer and Casey Anthony. Just stand outside any building those two are sitting in and you'll be gagging for the rest of the night.

And Casey Anthony is not hot. She reminds me of a cheap drunk chick in a bar who would flash her tits because she's drunk and join a hooters contest (oops, didn't she do that in real life?) And fall on her ass and go home and not remember the whole thing the next day. Or say she didn't remember flashing her tits, leaving you to guess whether she's a flake or just a Liar.

Im SOO angry with the justice system! How DARE they choose not to convict somebody when there isn't enough evidence provided that showed beyond reasonable doubt they committed a crime. How can we put up longer with this system of falsifiable truths instead of pure subjectivity?! Oh the inhumanity!
