I did a 2 min internet search and noticed 2 things:
1) Most of the sites seemed to be quoting each other.
2) The first 3 pages failed to show anything from a source I consider reliable.

I agree Bolsonaro probably exaggerated for political purposes but the rate of penis cancer in northern Brazil is high. Reference a credible source.
