Then suggest his place---use public transport if you need to, ask him for a ride--do whatever you have to, but don't let the opportunity slip away. Even if you can't get immediate privacy, show some INTEREST back--compliment him, tell him things you admire about him, if he mentions his body, then lift your shirt, and ask him what he thinks about yours--give him a chance to compliment you!! Don't be afraid to show interest at this point--if you don't show interest back, he will think YOU aren't interested in HIM!
