Marley, dont misrepresent me. I complained about the word NANCY not Nelly. Big difference; where I come from its blatantly homophobic. Even Manly backed me on that one. All the other shit she called me meant nothing coz, as you say, I can dish it back. Love too in fact. I dont start shit but Ill gladly catch it & toss it back..

I did back you on Nancy because I understand how it is used in the UK and Aus and I don't think it is that far off the US use of 'faggot' - which A LOT of people here object to.

I used to be. Then I went to Drama Queen Rehab and learned to let it die. As of late I've been picking and choosing where I post and who I respond to. You seem almost incapable of posting without directing shots towards somebody, just like in this thread. DC was lovely to me, I think him leaving is very sad. I loved the way he could always bring any pompous-up-their-own-arse or over opinionated-know-nothing back to Earth with a short sharp bump.

That gift will be sorely missed here.

As for snoozan/WifeOfBath, I wish she hadn't jumped the gun.
If she had had a chance to read Pecker's post, she might not have felt obliged to helicopter her clit and fly off to Greener Cyber Pastures.

Wow! There has been some unfortunate events that have unfolded this past weekend. Big time miscommunication problem that ended up with DC Deep getting temperarily banned. Even though he was following orders and doing what a moderator told him to do.

I can understand if he doesn't want to come back. He has always said that if certain events happened that he would be out of here. He is a man of principle and he is standing behind what he says he would do. (Or that is what it appears to me that he is doing) And that is his choice.

I would like to say that I think DC Deep is one of the nicest people that I have ever had any interactions with on this board. I enjoy reading his posts and responses. We all have different perspectives and opinions. Did that mean that I agreed with everything he ever said? No.....But I respected what he had to say and I respected his opinion and his slant or way of looking at things. And because of my respect for him it opened my mind to different trains of thought. And it helped make me think differently on issues like gay marriage. Most people probably don't give a sheet about things that don't affect them. And I started listening to his take on the situation......and I started giving a sheet because of the way it does affect some of my board friends here on LPSG. Gay people should have the same rights as straight people.

Anyways, I am sorry to see DC Deep go. (if that is his decision) I would like to see him stay around and share his life experiences and perspective with some of the newer members.

I hated to hear about WOB / Snoozan getting her self banned.....(she has a sense of humor that makes me laugh)......and all the other LPSG people who have decided to leave...... I just hope they will take a mini break and pop back in whenever the mood strikes them.

My question would be that if Snoozan/WoB wanted to return, would her ban be lifted by the mods? After all, she left in protest, not knowing that the event that prompted her protest was a moderator's error.

Seems to me that if the admin team wants to smooth the ripples caused by DC_DEEP's ban-in-error, they should also restore anyone who was upset enough to leave over it.
