Well, deepthroating isn't exactly something everyone can do. It really has to do with the sensitivity of the gag reflex. Some are alot more sensitive than others, and even training won't do as much as you'd like it to.

Something you can tel the girls to do is try breathing through their nose while working on your hose. Or holding their breath while they suck. It may work, it may not.

Or have them spew their lunch all over you, which is something I've been apprehensive about. I've always wanted to know what it feels like myself as nobody's managed it yet, but I'd be hesitant if it was someone's first time trying, since I wouldn't want them in any discomfort (or be throwing up, of course). I've never been deepthroated before. I would imagine it's really really hard to do though. I don't know how girls do it.
 
It is not possible for everyone to do. The thicker you are the more difficult it is for someone to manage to get all the way down.
The angle and how hard you are are also a factor. Someone who is long, thick and hard as a rock with little to no shaft flexibility will be very difficult to take all the way.
If your long, thick and inflexible when hard then it will be all about the angle she/he takes you at. You'll have to position yourselves so that there is as little bend as possible at the back of his/her throat when they try to take you all the way in.

If you have a lot of shaft flexibility when your hard then the angles don't matter nearly as much and it is a lot easier to do.

Of course some people don't have much of a gag reflex at all and don't need to work nearly as hard at it as the rest of us do.
