Do you do Haiku?

Politically, I'm an equal-opportunity haiku artist:

He's at it again,
Bush fumbled the Premier's name,
Impeach his behind.

And here's one for the right-wingers:

Pinkos are whining,
Hmph, global warming my ass,
Lower my taxes!

I enjoyed reading all of those - even the silly ones - thank you all.
Haiku really are very soothing. Puts me in mind of the idea to change windows error messages to haiku. Much better idea - here are 2 examples (not my own work):

Your problem exists
Between your keyboard and chair
Stop and look within

Thousand line program,
you are just one line away.
NT must reboot.

As for me?
Mind is too narrow
to create haiku today
will try again anon...

I was going through an old journal and found these haiku. I wrote them on 9/19/01.

the numbness is gone
our hope fades as days pass
there are no bodies

memories are sharp
the rubble holds many loves
widows and orphans

smoke and soot sear eyes
rescue is now recovery
ashes are the dead
