Are your thickness gains mantained after some days of not use?
I mean: are the gains permanent or they are due just to the liquid retention?

The thicknes gains will be permanent after a long period of frequent using the pump.
As long as you frequently pump, your dick will be thicker. When you stop, it will increase some. So my dick is bigger all the time. I dont know what it will be when i stop pumping.

Bathmate works but it has no gauge so you have to write down on paper your amount of “pump clicks” so each continual session has accurate pressure.

Agreed, if the pressure is to high I won't do anything more than 5 min. Have learn out of experience. I'll get fatigue and normally leads to weak erections for a day or two. I'm getting much better result at a comfortable pressure and can extend my session times. I also use magnisuim, L Arginine, cayenne pepper, horny goat weed, libido tablets each day. This keeps me supper horny and give me huge erections, which I found to work awesome with the Hydromax.

How much are you taking and what Libido tablet?

I just stick to the recommended daily dosages that is prescribed at the back. Im now only taking L Arginine , libido and Magnesium.

I've found that horny goat weed gave me hart palpitations and can raise blood pressure, so pls perhaps check with your GP first before taking any ANY thing.

Since stop taking horny goat weed its more balanced now. My blood pressure is excellent and much lower due to L arginine. The libido tablets is also perfect as it has different vitamins as well as red Ginseng, so no need for any more stuff. Every few months i do take a breaks.

It works with me... after one year of pumping... 1 inch gain.

Has any one tried to take, what they call *deconditioning breaks* breaks that last longer then a few days.

I've been pumping none stop for over 2 years with the only breaks being between 2 or 3 days. I'm curious to see if I take 4 weeks off to properly rest and then restart training if new gains can be made. Any thoughts?
