Here is something everyone should try but, be careful not to go too hard. This is what I use on regular basis.

Go to your local hardware store and find an o-ring that slightly stretched around the base of the valve at the the end of your bathmate. Next go get a Vacu Vin Wine Stopper. This you put over the valve and since the opening of these are just slightly bigger than that of the valve, the o-ring makes a tight connection to end of the Vacu Vin Wine Stopper.

I think the bathmate is a great product but air pumps work well too you just need to be more careful of blisters. I also just acquired a penomet and will see if it's comparable.

Just measure around it with a string and then divide that number by pi to get the diameter of the o-ring you need. best to get one just slightly smaller that diameter.

. I haven't really notice a lot of length gains but girth o boy it's growing.

Not a fan of the bathmate . I like a pump that has a gauge so I can keep stabilized pressure.

Time under tension is the key; either with 30 minute sets or 1 hour sets.

Low time under tension with high pressure doesn’t work.

Same, I've not noticed much if anything in the way of length (maybe MAYBE just shy of half an inch) but the girth and flaccid hang, huge impact.

Same here not much gains in length but girth is phenominal. Currently 7 1/8 x 7 in the pump. Pretty much the same size as the opening in the cylinder. Don't know if I want much more girth 7" is pretty big at the base. Fortunatly I have a nice taper just measured behind the glans at 5 3/4. You can keep the gains only if you continue pumping. Thinking of pumping every other day now instead of 6 days a week.

definitely made permanent girth gains no question about it. But you will have to include a few other PE girth exercises with your routine.

Imo first get a pump that isn't to big you will grow into it and fluid retention will be less as you grow . I've out grown my Hercules and but had zero fluid retention with my sessions before moving up to my x40
With the x40 I will get fluid build up if I stay in the pump to long with high pressure.

Play around and see what works best for. You can increase girth without a doubt.

What you mean, does it works the same?
I can get full suction with that handpump.
