I had septoplasty (getting my deviated septum fixed) and another procedure called turbinates in August last year as I couldn't breathe out of my nose. I don't know how bad or how often I snored as I don't have a partner but I slept terrible because of my breathing issues.

It's honestly the best thing I've ever done and it's improved my life and quality of sleep so much. I'd highly recommend that your wife see an ENT and consider getting the septoplasy procedure done.

Good to know. I don't know why she and the doc haven't moved in that direction.

If it snores, it might help. Hahaha. Do you sleep with a stuffed animal? I think a lot of the ladies of LPSG want to know what you do in bed.

Well, my dog sleeps on a pillow on the floor; and when he gets a cold he snores.

As to how I sleep, I love to be warm when when I pass out. So long PJs; or long Jogging pants and a T- Shirt. The good thing is that I can sleep through almost anything, so if any of you ladies snore, it would not bother me in the least
