"...male bonding thing." I agree. Nudity doesn't need to be at all sexual. IMO, it's a GUY thing to like being nude. I really don't think it's connected to being gay or straight.
I have peel-on/peel-off 'frosted' plastic on my windows, so I have privacy. My clothes are off most of the time I'm home. I do everything nude except frying. I belong to 3 male nudist groups so I can usually make at least one event per month despite my work schedule. There're a couple of male nude yoga classes run in my area. I'll start attending once I get clearance from my doc (arthritis, etc.). I also attend a naked bridge (the card game) class every week.
My boyfriend used to be an active social nudist, so he understands why I am. He doesn't put clothes on until he needs to go out. If he showers when he gets home, he usually doesn't bother putting anything back on, either.

Clothes are for outside.. We were born naked and that's the way we are supposed to be. Hamper at the back door and half the time in underwear by the time i get out the car
