I came back and read this story in an effort to add to it. Sadly right now I cannot pick it up again, nor can I seem to edit the title. I am not an editor, nor do I have much past highschool English. I am just a simple country boy, veteran and first responder.
No worries on the grammar - this story is super hot. Hope you can pick it up again sometime soon

I think the title is correct. We say "I am in the dorm", not "Me am in the dorm". The verb to be takes the nominative.

Correct that you would say Drew and I are in the dorm/ I am in the dorm, but your story should be Drew and me in the dorm. Consider “meet me in the dorm”. You wouldn’t say “meet I in the dorm”.
