Because for the pics, it is unclear that he is over 18 (and might be a minor), whereas with the video, his tattoo indicates that he is of age.

I have never seen hint of a sex vid, but I would believe they exist. I would be surprised if the sugar daddies didn't film sexcapades, but sugar daddies seem less likely to be leakers. There is a vid of Jackson being sucked because you can see his leg tattoo, but it is generally agreed that it is not Dylan doing the sucking because the hand visible looks too old.
