From what I have read, there is a lot of backlash toward these plastic fantastics as far as pornography is concerned, but I am more interested in knowing your honest opinions about implants as they would apply to a real woman that you might be involved with. For instance, would they disappoint you? Would you appreciate the fact that the implants likely help her personal body image? Would you favor a moderate breast augmentation over a more radical one? Or a certain style of implant? Feel? Appearance? Anything really.

A penny for your thoughts, if it pleases you.

Assuming we're only talking about augmentation for women that already had healthy breasts-

I'd prefer her to have no implants at all. It's just not attractive to me. I prefer someone who isn't perfect but is confident, who has personality and a spark in her eyes.

My last gf had small breasts and always wanted to get implants. Her argument was that she would feel sexier and more womanly, and that it would help her confidence. I told her I loved her as she was and wouldn't want that to change, many times, hoping to give her confidence in herself the way she was. I think she changed her mind in the end.

To be honest , I'm not a breast implants fan . I prefer natural breasts . However, if my gf would like to have breast implants . I wouldn't oppose, especially if she would be happy and help with her body image if she wasn't satisfied with it in the first place.

As for the size, I would definitely like a moderate breast augmentation rather then a radical one.

Finally, for the feel, I would definitely like a natural-like feel. I wouldn't want the baseball- hard type of feel, lol! .

I agree with bonecrusher.. I prefer natural, real breasts. It just takes something away from the feel and softness with the implants. And let's face it.. some implants look WAY better than others!

I personally don't have a problem with them. I think for some woman it can give them that confidence boost they need. I had a friend that for had it done and for her i wont say it was needed but she did have a point that clothes didn't fit right and that she commented she didn't feel like a woman. As a man i can't completely understand her view point but get where she is coming from.

My only advice for anyone getting any surgery would be to seek out the best doctor that you can and don't try to save money. I think there is a liine that you can get way to big for your body in which you start to look like a cartoon figure than maybe a more natural look but i think that is just personal opinion for the most part. As Roc and Bone stated earlier there is a difference in quality of implants and when it comes to your body/life it might not be worth trying to save a $1000.

First off, if she feels that it would give her self confidence. More pwer to her it's her body. I personally don't have an issue with them but then again I have never been with a woman that has had them.
As far as size I would prefer a smaller up grade. lol The woman that get extreme augmentation look rediculous. They come at you looking like Big Foot, bad example but wth.
For feel I would vote for a more natural soft touch. I don't want to think I'm picking up a ball at the bowling alley. :)

I should probably clarify this because I was pretty vague:

-When I said moderate augmentation, I was thinking along the lines of stepping up a cup size, two tops. For instance, B-to-C/D

-When I said more radical augmentation, I was thinking along the lines of stepping up at least two, but nothing crazy. Not like, going from a B to an FF or anything else that would give the big, bolt-on look.

And yeah, I know all of that is really subjective, because depending on what a woman starts with in terms of frame and breast size, some enlargements of equal CC's can look more or less pronounced/natural.

I just realized how to answer this.....

Just make them look like your avatar. Purrrrrfect.... :biggrin1:

I like moderate and nothing radical. Radical seems to be a cry for attention and maybe I am wrong that most people that get the radical surgery get it for the wrong reasons.

I think the best is small D. I have had friends that have had surgery and went with C and they all wish after they went with D. Again depends on body type.

Im a big fan of saline versus silicon since I like the feel of saline over silicon but also the health risk of silicon doesn't seem to be worth it. And maybe I have put way to much thought into or have gone through this process in the past with a partner but if your going to get the implants get a lift too. Some woman need it and it can make a difference. Also if your going with a good Dr. underarm seems to be the best approach without losing nipple sensitivity and less scaring

I've never been attracted to a woman who had implants. I don't mean that the implants themselves are unattractive (they are, but that's besides the point).

But rather, there's something somewhere in the personality type of women who get breast implants that turns me off.

I certainly don't speak for all men, and I certainly don't expect women should plan their choices about what I do or don't find attractive, but that's kind of the answer to your question (because I never get to the point of being disappointed by them because those aren't the women I find myself emotionally invested in).

Count me in as well for not finding fake boobs attractive. It's not so much the cup size itself but rather the principle. Why should women buy pairs of fake boobs to win over a man or men? Of men can't accept them for who they are then that's not the men for them. They should develop their own inner confidence instead which I doubt a pair of fake boobs will give them.

-I am not condemning your disapproval of implants or lack of attraction to them, just presenting some thoughts that might lead to further discussion-

While it is nice to extol the virtues of self confidence and seeking to achieve self-approval, that is something much easier said than done. For a lot of women you have to not only take into consideration the relentless pressure created by the media, but also the experiences those women may have had during puberty and early romantic relationships.

Many women also go in the opposite direction (breast reduction) for reasons not necessarily related to health. Sometimes people just want to be seen for who they are and not be ogled. Sometimes people want to be see for what they feel they should have, and can be.

While that's true, I don't see women left and right jumping up and getting implants. A woman getting implants to shows a rather weak willed superficial character to me. But then again that's just me. But I guess it doesn't matter since the kind of women that typically gets implants probably wouldn't find me attractive anyway.

I know you're replying to someone else, but just as a note, I don't typically find myself attracted confident & self assured women.

That's not to say those aren't virtuous qualities, or that they're qualities that women shouldn't strive for. But at the end of the day, it's the women who have some small amount of insecurity that I usually find attractive. Though it may be rooted in some kind of subconscious sexism, it feels more feminine to me.

Could be part of why I never find women w/ implants sexy... I think most women who get that work done tend to be pretty proud of the results.

I have never felt "fake" breasts so it is not in my place to comment.

However, I am not a fan of the type of implants we see in porn, at least visually. It looks too, err, fake. If she believes in it strongly then of course I respect that.

Yeah, they are usually high CC implants, or even overfilled. There is also the option to pick the profile of an implant, be it teardrop, or more dome shaped. A lot of the implants we see in pornography are going to be what are referred to as "high projection."

Breast implants are a turn off for me. Especially in porn.

The few women I know who have them are the insecure type that are always fishing for compliments.

I prefer to see a person's natural, unaltered parts. Large, natural breasts look better and feel better, naturally. ;)

With that said, there are lots of women who may get implants for a good reason, like cancer, or weight loss. I don't mind if the augmentaion is tastefully done, but extreme breast implants always end up looking not real and just silly. If a girl got implants for reasons not related to health, chances are she is insecure...I see no reason why a woman who is otherwise attractive but small-breasted would need implants.

I have felt implants before...one was a set that a stripper had done; too large, didn't feel real. The other was a woman who recovered from breast cancer and a double mascectomy; tastefully done, not too large, felt real.

I think if the implants are safe, and the women feels better about her self then by all means who am I to criticize a nice rack. If there was a proven safe successful operation for a bigger cock most of us here would line up for another inch.

Tits are just good for everybody.
