Thanks for the info. Like I said, I have little knowledge of the matter, so I wouldn't want to comment.
I suppose if there was a type of minor augmentation where I felt it and couldn't tell the difference, there's no harm. But really, I am fine with natural breasts of almost any shape or size. (barring extremes, of course)
real is better than fake 9 times out of ten. plus personally i see implants as dissatisfaction with your body and hence low self-esteem/confidence. of course this isn't always the case but that's what it screams to me when i see a woman with implants.

It is a matter of personal preference and that should be respected. Of course some women are more in a vane mode and some are otherwise. My personal experience with my former spouse was two children later and breast feeding she went from an firm ideal C cup to a flat deflated A cup. She had difficulty buying bras and clothes were hard to make fit and look right at times. So she had a breast augmentation done back to a nice D shape, not overdone to help with a "lift" for shape and position-pleasingly natural appearance. She was elated with her feminine appearance again. A win for her-and me lol. We carefully chose a board certified plastic surgeon and had a perfect result. Now this was post child bearing which I think is an ideal time. Young women doing BA's I would say beware because they will have to be redone probably 2 or possibly 3 times.
For those men who don't agree with a women's choice I would pose the question: If your penis shrunk by 2/3 size after child bearing, would you have penis augmentation if it were predictable and safe? How would you feel about your self image in front of a woman? Even if they told you they love you just as you are?

I'd be disappointed. Lot of evidence indicating they cause cancer. I wouldn't be in a long term relationship with someone who has them.
But I'd consider fucking a girl who has them. And it doesn't deter my enjoyment of porn if a girl has them. Although, I generally prefer the natural look.

I have not been a fan of breast augmentation but recently I have met an Asian woman who was probably size aa natural and has been augmented to a size c or so. It looks good and her implants feel good so I have changed my mind on augmentation. It can look and feel natural as long as it's not taken to extremes.

For my own personal taste, I like them completely natural. It's not to say I prefer breasts that sag as some kind of fetish, but I do find them sexy and attractive and they turn me right on provided they're part of someone I'm otherwise attracted to.
I would much rather have a pair of saggy, deflated, post-pregnancy, kid-abused breasts to play with than ones that have been tampered with.
If, at some point in the future, science advances to way that breasts can be augmented in a way that's more natural (like stimulating them to develop new tissue on their own naturally somehow) I might reconsider, but at the moment I have just never, ever, seen a pair of breasts that looked better after surgical "enhancement" as compared to how they looked before.

But I agree that a modest implant size can make a woman look better in clothes.

I don't dislike fake breasts, necessarily. Some look very natural and feel lovely. I only have a problem with basketball-boobs. They look and feel strange.
In regard to surgery in general, I don't mind - as long as the lady isn't 'addicted' to the procedures and is happy within herself. I wish more ladies could be content with what they have, as they're often already beautiful - but I have no problem with well-considered surgery.

My lady has them, but while we were dating at first I didn't suspect it until she told me. They were very well done. I prefer natural and hers look like they are and mostly feel that way too. They are size appropriate for her frame too. I think most tend to overdo it and end up with an unnatural look.
Nothing wrong with B's.
At the end of the day, I'm happy to be allowed to enjoy them.

Lift would be okay if it would make her feel better than me saying she's perfect the way she is.

If they make her happy, I'm cool with it. I don't really care much either way, although admittedly, I have never moved in circles where fake breasts are commonplace.
I once dated a woman who had a terrible self-image due to her unhappiness with her small breasts. She was not unattractive the way she was, but because she clearly would have felt better about herself if her boobs were bigger, she seemed a prime candidate for elective breast enhancement surgery.

Silicone mplants usually work well on women who have started to sag, it usually ends up looking natural which is the key to successful breast augmentations.
I like the idea of stem cell injections instead of artificial fillers, the gains are smaller and take several months but it's enough to make a difference to a woman's body shape.

Okay I am seeing almost everyone say no to fake boobs and I have no idea why so let me remind you guys of a few things here....
first of all real boobs just pale in comparison to fake ones as far as firmness, in fact IV been with a few women whose boobs were so unfirm that they felt like big plastic bags filled with water. Secondly, I'm not sure if any of you are aware of this but fake boobs don't sag.....EVER. A girl can have fake Double D's all her life and when she hits 70 they will still be just as perky as when she was 25 but a girl with REAL double D's......lets just say when she's in her 50's they will be sagging down past her belly button now if you guys find that shit attractive then great for you but I for one know what this looks like and it makes me want to vomit.
