I agree that frenulum stimulation alone can be quite exciting. I can achieve an erection and orgasm by merely pulling on the lower lip of my foreskin and rolling it between my thumb and forefinger. Out of the guys I've had sex with two have ripped their frenulum during sex, they didn't feel it at the time but it bled like a stuck pig, after sex they thought that the blood had come from me and it was only on inspection they realised what had happened, they both healed without it affecting the sensation or appearance.

Myself as it stands right now, I would prefer a full circumcision. Bottom line is I feel is if the bugger is not there it will not cause me any more problems.

Go for removal of the tags first, you can always have a circumcision at a later date, the guys who ripped their frenulum with me only did it the once, possibly because the part prone to ripping had been the part that ripped therefore after that there weren't any bits that were as delicate - but the appearance and sensation wasn't altered for them, it was more a tiny nick than a definite rip.

I can't see any skin tags in your pics stan, do they cause you any physical pain or discomfort or is it just an appearance issue?

The pic's you see was from when it was fine over two years a go.

The problem is remove tags first, then go back for circ if needed.... I have had near enough two years worth with all of this and TBH I just do NOT want to have to poss go back for yet another op if tag removal is no good.

I am basically at the end of my tether with the bastards from Nottingham City Hospital screwing all of this up, then subjected to a pack of lies, bullied into a decision I did not want to make, 1/2 scarred to death with comments from CUNTsultants, and the final nail being subjected to a "Police Styled" taped interview with the Head Urologist after I made a written complaint. Sex wise I am totally miserable, scared to do anything, & when I have done, it's hurt like hell, with or without the PA, and like a consultant friend of mine has pointed out the biggest mistake the Urologist has made is INSISTING the PA was left in place, and stitched around, something which I did have concerns about, which I did raise, to which I got from the CUNTsultant HOW DARE YOU QUESTION ME! and now I am worse off than when I was before the Frenuoplasty.

End of it all, I just want things right after the crap I have suffered over these two years, and I feel the BEST way for getting myself some closure on this farce is by getting a circ, & not farting around with tag removal.

Thank you , Steve , for linking my frenulum pictures to the Thread! I have not figured out how to do that, although there have been several instances when I would have liked to! Chances are I am the guy you were referring to..my frenulum has been mentioned several times over the past 17 months in various Threads. The German doctor who performed the cutting operation said it was very difficult to do because so much adjacent tissue had to be snipped and making it look attractive required precise cutting and sculpting. well I was circumcised in the UK and the Doc used the plastibell method, this method of cicumcision, which appears to be uncommon in the UK retains the frenulum.
I was four at the time and it proves to be one of my earliest memories.

It seems a lot of guys are unaware that one end of the frenulum intersects a part of the foreskin that's usually cut away by circumcision. It's slightly amusing at times.
