In the recent comedy Walk Hard, there's a wild party scene in which many of the party-goers are totally naked. One man comes into camera view and just stands there calmly with his (rather average-size) dick just hanging there for all the world to see.
In fact, in the commentaries for the DVD version, the director says (perhaps jokingly) about the full-frontal naked man standing there in full view: "This scene was pretty much why we made the movie in the first place!"
Also, years ago, in the film version of the play Equus, there is a semi-far away shot of the young male lead completely naked--and he is VERY well hung! Even at a distance you can see that he's hanging about 6 or 7" completely flaccid.

He has a nude scene at the end of the movie. He strips off his clothes on his way to the indoor pool at the school he teaches at. You see his butt, penis and balls.
