Hi, I have a question?? If the file that we want to download has zero total traffic and has "visible: no (dead)". Is it still can be downloaded or no? Thank you
If it's listed as dead, then that means there is no one currently seeding that torrent.
If it's a new torrent, you might just need a little patience.
If it's an old torrent there should be an option to request a re-seed, which messages every user who has downloaded that torrent to ask if they can seed it again.
