Going for surgery...

Today... well rather yesterday (sunday) was a bad day... a down day... and right now... I think I'm high on T3's... everything is crazy like... and typing is taking tooo much effort... I'll ugh get back to you guys/girl later on in the afternoon Canada time...

As the official old person here and the one that has gone through two hip replacements and just had major back surgery I can tell you they will take good care of you. Tell them if it hurts and be specific as you can!!

I got that manic - the world is moving so fast around me but I'm moving so slow - thing when I was recovering. I used to have that alot when I was young, but my wisdom teeth signalled the end of that. Hasn't happened since then.
Hang in there. Things are going to get better!
I am high... I must be... words are jumping off the page at me... and I keep trying to jerk my head back away from my laptop... and its far to bright to look at... and it's running on battery... which means its really dim.... I think I need sleep.. but I slept too much yesterday...

Well you're on a legal high so enjoy it while you can! You probably do need to sleep. Sleep is very important to recovery. You'll need more now than normal. Don't fight it, just go with it. Sleep tight and sweet dreams.

We all here (especially me!) like our li'l TK when she's focused enough to really post like crazy.
It's ok I felt your snuggly warm presence....
On the other hand I barely slept last night.... I had to been high... to be seeing the things I was... and walking like I was drunk... it was so funny....

I remember NOTHING about my surgery..." They put me to sleep and then woke me up........" But gave me PAIN meds for the NEXT week for the PAIN yet to come........" OUCH!!!!!!!! That was a sore week in my mouth........."

I just recently had oral surgery. After intestinal surgery in the past and my awful experience with anesthesia not working and trying to crawl off the table to get away from the doctor, I opted to be given local instead...OMG, never again...never...never...never...neither course of medication works for me because of a heart-condition and the numerous drug allergies I have.

I had the same reaction when I had a couple of teeth out.The bleeding is the worst part,it seems like it's never going to stop.
I hope things are back to normal for you soon TK. :hug:
