We haven't ever considered using Viagra/Cialis etc. My husband doesn't have ANY issues getting an erection (LOL!. Also, I just don't think it is worth the potential side effects (i.e. cardiovascular) just to give him/me an extra few minutes. He can do a slow grind forever without cumming. When we get into the really hard pounding he can go for at most probably five minutes...that is five minutes of continuous pounding. He can go quite awhile with short bursts of pounding mixed in with the slow grind. However for me to really max out with orgasms I like to have a fairly long period of pounding. I do admit that we use dildos all the time and I love it. Particularly when he is going down on me at the same time...heaven!

RE: medications for impotence. While it certainly does depend on the person, it's likely that your husband would stay hard after he cums. So we're not talking about just a few minutes difference here. As you know, many men who do not have erection problems experiment with these kinds of pills. (Though I will admit, they're not for me either.)
