For me, I usually try this after 2+ days of abstinence. I sit and start flexing my pelvic floor muscles. I kind of think of them as front, middle and back. At first it doesn't really do much. After 5-10 minutes I'll start to leak long strings of precum. Every few minutes I'll take a break from flexing and do some reverse kegels. At a certain point, usually around 25-30 minutes in, it starts to feel kind of tingly and extremely pleasurable. Once I've hit this phase, I know I am starting to 'build up'. If I'm trying to make myself cum, I guess there's two approaches that work for me. The first way is holding a long flex until I get some involuntary flexing, which feels incredible. Then just keep holding it and try to stay that way for as long as possible. The other method is to rapidly flex and release the 'front' and 'middle', until some involuntary contractions start happening. Once those involuntary flexes start, my cock starts to grow, and the precum drip speeds up. After doing either or both methods a few time, I'll start to really feel that I'm close. At that point, I just make sure to keep doing whatever got me there, and hold on for an incredibly powerful climax. These days I try to hold it off as long as possible. The first 5 or 6 times I did this the sensations were so strong that I didn't even have time to get hard before I shot my load everywhere. I usually do this with no porn or anything because for me it does take some focus and concerted effort to get there. If you're going to try it, be patient. Trust me, the unique climax is worth the added effort!
