I purchased the 30mm tall x 27mm inside diameter, which is right at 15 oz according to their chart. I measured my flaccid girth. I was in between two sizes, so based on the reviews I went with the smaller size to help it stay in place.

I did still have some trouble keeping it from sliding off over the course of 3-4 hours. So I tried a few rubber/silicon band/sleeve options. Ended up landing on a silicon sleeve that had arrived as part of the All Day Stretch device that I had previously purchased from Zen Hanger.

I would love to see gains in both areas. I imagine I will need to have a fairly consistent routine for quite some time before I see any real results.

I’m hoping that others with more experience will respond to this thread to discuss how hanging weights has affected them.
 
I used a few donut weights from the chain gang. Fantastic feeling and probably gained around an1-2 inch flaccid at a guess . I didnt log my flaccid closely over a decade
Definitely a fine line between too tight too loose. And how you wear it with your foreskin pulled forward or not.
I think 3 to 5 hours is easy for good circulation.
When I was going for 6 to 8 hours a day, sometimes I would wake up with throbbing directions that were painful. May have been indication of possible nerve damage. So I backed off the hours.
Also pumped and stretched for many years.
I also experimented with a vacuum hanger and a spring with light weight.
I’m around 6x5” flaccid now . 8x6ish with a 7+ base.
 
Sometimes I'll wear a ball stretcher for fun, but I do have a couple of heavy glans rings.

Yeah they more weight you put the more your glans is going to narrow. You will have girth gains maybe in the shaft but constriction towards the glans especially right under the glans
Interesting, hadn’t considered that. I have a pretty consistent pumping routine (I use a Bathmate in the shower almost every day). Do you think that would help counteract the constriction effect?

I don’t think so that bottom area of the glans is sensitive I say stick with pumping and stretching
