I think it's unfortunate that people clown on people like this. I think many of these "sickos" have issues with social skills/ are lonely , which is why they fall for these "you're my favourite, babe." messages.
OnlyFans will never do anything about it because they'd lose a ton of money if they ever prohibited management agencies. Even a notification that a person is using one would probably cut people's interactions.
