Well Hayes is lazy so that probably explains why he has someone running his account. Same goes for Austin Mahone
I'll grant that they probably have thousands of subscribers and likely wouldn't be able to keep up with the sheer volume of messages. But my issue is the cynical attempts to farm engagement by sending fake conversational messages. Plenty of OF creators make it clear that they only use DMs for mass messages and PPVs, and others mitigate the flow by making you tip a minimum amount before they accept DMs.
