did u guys really think he was going to go full frontal? seriously,it's great to fantasize that he might have, but nobody really thought he would. I don't fault him for the hollywood double standard, it's the industry's hypocrisy, not HC's. go watch his scenes in The Tudors, that's as good as it's gonna get.

I think most of us just expected one great butt shot. Netflix, bathtub scene, Henry in fantastic shape, female showrunner...seemed like a certain possibility. I rarely expect to see full frontal from actors or actresses.

I'm still gonna watch as i love Henry and have been anticipating this for over a year now. but i must say I'm utterly devastated. I went to bed thinking i was gonna get to wake up fapping to his booty pounding some nice ladies. i wonder if it's cause he's gotten so popular and well-known that he didn't show more skin. ohh well. here's hoping Penn Badgley gives us his all in season 2 of You. 6 more days.



twice. In the pilot hes giving it to some higher-up's daughter doggie style and then in another episode he's on top of a woman in bed. You think it's King Henry at first but then you see that glorious chest hair once the window curtain is opened and realize it's him

yeah i loved everything about The Tudors, and HC looked amazing in it, the costumes, the production values, the story was well written, period drama at it's best.......I don't have the same feel for the witcher.....(enjoy watching HC in anything), but i'm not a witcher fanboy, so i'll take their word on what this version brings to it....I guess wait and see

I think for an actor there's a lot of internal factors that go into the decision making process for whether to "go for nudity" or not, and this production just doesn't' feel like it would be worth if for him to "go there" .....so far from what i've seen this seems pretty forgettable, (but i'm not witcher schooled so maybe it's great to see the story in film for true fans?)

HC (and i'm sure his management) are navigating career shaping (ending) choices, unless you're Michael Fassbender or Tom Hardy or even Jamie Dornan, who just go balls out in every role in every way, most other actors have to tow a more delicate line. Love to see more (all) of HC's amazing bod, but have to respect his decision in this case to leave it at that.

I do feel like I’m beating a dead horse by complaining at this point however I genuinely that that this show would be a game changer for HC but it just feels like a lot of the same.

Maybe the female show runner didn't push for that because she felt it would be some kind of #metoo hypocrisy after decades of male show runners promoting female nudity in their work? Ironically she ends up exploiting the female actor more than the male....The Entertainment industry is full of counter intuitive psychology that robs us of true artistic vision!

On the other hand HC has to know the clock is ticking , he's not going to have this body forever and if he's going to bare it all , now is primetime! Henry if you're listening......

yeah i agree, it's all about being the safest most bankable star for the biggest franchises, i almost think of The Rock as asexual, he's like a disney character , though he's had occasional scenes, the net effect is nothing even mildly erotic even springs to mind.

HC can't help but be sexy AF, but i think he aspires to a similar blockbuster status, so he plays it safe. HC does "Butch" extremely well...(from MI6 and netflix SandCastle)

yup i just finished watching it, anya and her character yennefer were the only redeeming part of this show.
