I’ve always been curious just how common bisexuality is among the male population vs the female population. Obviously female bisexuality is much more accepted relatively speaking, hence why so many men are DL and stay that way. Most aren’t looking for a romantic relationship with a man anyways, so why even deal with the societal judgment?

I feel most men are probably 100 straight but I wonder what percentage of men would be openly bi if the stigma didn’t exist.

I bet 20% are secretly bi. I meet a lot of guys that are married and secretly into guys
I think that's a fair percentage at least based on the online apps I see.

I think this is a tremendous post and great question but I’m just not one that likes to get into percentages or numbers broadly because I believe everyone is different.

that said, I also think there’s a big question regarding what percentage of guys would be open to bisexuality from a purely sexual percentage versus adding a dating element.

as I get into my later 40s, I think there are a lot of guy friends of mine that, back in the day, might have wanted a gay experience with a guy but didn’t even want to date them to stay with their married, “normal” situation.

molder I’ve gotten however and these people (me too) have gotten divorced fro women, it seems many would absolutely LOVE to date a man in addition to the fucking.

Agree with the above -- it must be 10 -20%. However, also, today, I think it is way more 'normalized' in that a guy being bi, is well., normal. 20 years ago, it was gay or not. 20 years ago you would have rarely seen a guy shaved, now, again, way more common. (That would be me.) I think it is great. For me, I am quite bi, and it feels right. I do not broadcast this (of course my wife is all in and bi too). It just adds a lot of 'depth of field' to me and to our relationship. For example, at age 60+, seriously considering a pierced nipple...
I also do not do anything outside my marriage. enjoy!

" I also do not do anything outside my marriage " If you two are bi how is that statement true? Then you can't be bi. ?

And I would say from experience, most men are at least slightly bisexual. I’ve meet so many men that have cheated on there wife or girlfriend with a man (sometimes with me). It’s very common and natural for men to at some point want some kind of sex with another man

If you define "bisexual" as open to any amount of male on male sexual contact no matter how small and a certainty that no one would ever find out - a lot. What percentage? Dunno. But a lot. 20-25% mentioned earlier sounds reasonable.

If you remove internal fears about magically turning gay and no longer being able to get it up with a girl after getting a no recip blow job one time... even more.

Some may disagree with me, but I put this number at 10-15% of the population. This accounts for self-identification and those that claim to be straight, but, hunt for it on the side. Trust me... there are a lot more of the latter group than many would realize.

Did you know that Edward VIII of the UK was a closet queen. He wanted his strapping male friends to call him "HER MAJESTY". Wallis Simpson got her share of "glazed donut face" when she was off with her female friends. Why doesn't Hello or Majesty or even People run a feature on that?

It would make a wonderful follow-up to a piece on closeted NHL stars!

For over 30 years now lab testing has shown that only about 5% of men are 100% straight or 100% gay based on visual stimulation only.
Not sure what study you are referring too? But I find that hard to believe? Only 5% of men are straight?

As in non responsive to same sex pornography.

I believe the figure would be 20-25% of men would be bisexual and in my experience maybe 1 in 50 might be curious enough to go there if given a no risk opportunity. Many curious guys play with their arse on a regular basis and would certainly consider cock if it were offered to them on a NSA basis especially as they get older.
