Huge Ejaculation Formula

Eh? One of the most recent mutations in human populations is the ability to digest lactose as adults. Many Humans of Northern European descent have that ability. It was genetically favored since it allowed them another source of calories.

As for creatine, from what I've read, it's produced in the body already. Perhaps overdoses may make people sick (as is the case with many things), but I haven't read about that.

i'm not just saying it.

it's a known fact its been proven over and over but most people don't know about it because the media/press will not allow the information to be put out there because of the money it generates, imagine if no one bought milk from the stores any more it would be a crises.do research.

here something to get started

Dangers Of Milk And Dairy Products - The Facts

o right if men's health say so then it must be true hahahaha, there a magazine not scientists.

how can it not be ? when the vast majority of people who take it get upset stomach's.

like milk 75% of the word is lactose intolerant. why ?

if its meant to be good for you then why does it make you ill ? because its not natural for humans to drink cows milk.milk is for babies up to 18 months not adults.

I took creatine for 4 months & didn't have any stomach problems at all. It's naturally occurring in our bodies already, supplementing simply adds to it & unless you take crazy-huge amounts there doesn't seem to be any risk if you're healthy - obviously if you already have kidney/liver problems, don't take it! And, the Men's Health article is actually based on research by scientists.

Having said that, I can't see how/why taking creatine would increase ejaculate - it draws more fluid into your muscles (hence they look 'fuller'), so unless you drink a lot more water (which you should on creatine anyway) I would have thought it would reduce how much you shoot?

As for milk, I drink a lot of that too & have never had a problem - I read the page you linked to which was interesting, but it won't stop me having dairy produce!

You know all of those problems with milk is due to the processing and what not. It's been proven that raw milk is better for you than that store bought, mass produced shit.

You're right. Pasteurization is what makes people that are lactose intolerant sick. Raw milk tends to be fine for most people. The problem is the USDA here in the States thinks its the spawn of the devil and will kill you so its hard to come by.

Well said.

I'm taking creatine to help my athletic performance, not my ejaculate performance. But I figured I should list it.

Right, I want the fuck out of some raw milk but I can never track it down. They were at some point selling cow shares or something like that but the government decided to be dick nuggets about it. Fuck holes.

First load on the new supplement regime was pretty averag. But only one day on all the pills and had two loads just yesterday. Will see what tomorrow's load is like.

Been about two weeks on the cocktail. Haven't missed a day of taking the pills. No noticeable increase in cum volume.

The only time I've heard anyone having problems with creatine is if they've got a pre-existing condition, and/or don't get enough hydration. A friend of mine I used to work out with went on a creatine cycle and had some problems because he wasn't drinking enough water when he worked out, ended up with some minor kidney issues. I can say that I've cycled on and off and never had an issue with it, as long as people use it properly and make sure they don't have health issues that could be made worse, it's completely safe to use.

Most of the problems come from people that don't follow directions or see any sort of physician ahead of time to be safe. It was the same way with ephedrine products, for most people that used them properly they were great; for others that had health issues already (obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure, etc.) and didn't get checked out or read directions, it ended up making them sick or being fatal. Not the drug's fault, it's the fault of the ignorant people that choose not to read a label and use it properly, and that can go for ANY drug or supplement.

The water was probably the major contributing factor, much much much more than the supplements.

I can agree but I also think the pygeum makes a difference. Not sure about the other two although I am taking them as well.

I combined all that with Kegels and believe I got results.

No change for me since I started. I stay well hydrated and drink a lot of water. Do kegels too. Doubled my dosages, take one bunch in AM and another in PM. Going on a month now. Hope to see some change soon.

I've started on GNC 160 mg saw palmetto, 80 mg beta sitosterol, 12 mg pygeum, lycopene, zinc, copper x 2 caps per day. Already feeling great sensations ... can't wait for more precum. Yeah, baby!

Exactly what results did you get? Love to hear about those.
I tried Zinc, Pygeum, and Maca Root, saw no difference.

The biggest contributing factors to how much you cum:
1) How horny you are
2) How long youve been going at it (either sex or masturbation). There is an upper peak to this.
3) How well hydrated you are
4) How many days since you last ejaculated (again, an upper peak to this before the body breaks it down and reabsorbs it as protein)
