Huge Ejaculation Formula

I work out regularly and noticed that a couple supplements I use regularly definitely increased the size/volume of my loads. It might be a repeat of what some people say here but these are the supplements that seem to be working the best overall:

- L-Arginine, 1000mg
- L-Tyrosine, 1000mg
- Pygeum, 500mg
- Lecithin, 1200mg

With that, and keeping hydrated, my loads are easily double or triple the volume, especially if I go 2-3 days without cumming. I've always been a shooter and can easily blast 4-5 ropes a good distance, but noticed with the supplementation that it's easily at least 8 ropes and a LOT thicker than it used to be. Just my 2 cents :)

Agree with lovinglife in post #159, with a small correction: after your reflex period beyond an ejaculation, your body starts to shed your excess semen thru your urinary tract, not absorb it. To see this you can strain your urine through a urine filter and you will see the remnants of semen caught on the filter screen. Also if you look closely at your urine in the water of a toilet you may see a small amount of excess semen that's been voided with your urine. So as you say; there's a peak amount of seminal fluid that can be ejaculated at any given time for any given man. After you refill your gonads through your recovery period, you simply cannot "save up" any additional semen. A World Health Organization study measured the maximum volume around the world of semen in one orgasm is 7.5 ml or about 1 1/2 teaspoons, with an average of one teaspoon (2 to 5 ml). Another study found that the maximum semen load occurred about two to three days after the last. Good hydration is the primary key to maximizing your ejaculate; after all semen is 90% water!

Okay, I'm ready to start my regimen this week. Here's what I have to start, vs. what I still need to find. Any insight?

what I have:
(Soy) Lecithin ... 1200mg tablets (instructions say to take one a day)
Zinc ... 15mg tablets (instructions say to take one a day)
Horny goat weed ... 500mg tablets, which also contain 330mg of maca (instructions say to take 2 capsules twice a day; that seems like a lot to me, but that's what the bottle says)
Saw palmetto ... 1000mg tablets (instructions say to take "up to 2 times a day")

what I'm still looking for:
Pygeum -- no one in Thailand seems to know what I'm talking about. I've even asked for it under two brand names it's sometimes sold under. How am I supposed to find this stuff everyone raves about? Furthermore, is it even necessary, since I have the saw palmetto...aren't they supposed to result in the same thing?
Celery seed -- another wonder herb everyone raves about. I know what it is, but I can't seem to find it in any Bangkok supermarket, or pharmacy for that matter. Is it typically sold in, like, one of those McCormick bottles you see in the spice aisle of your supermarket? Is it intended to be taken as a powder mixed with water, or in raw seed form, or as a pill, or as a spoonful of oil? (evidently celery seed oil is a thing)
Fenugreek -- just for shits and giggles, I wanted to see if the "maple syrup" thing is true. Not sure I really need it, as my stuff is pretty sweet already (I eat a lot of celery and pineapple, and I drink tons of water). But I was curious. And as usual, no one here seems to know what it is. Is it something you buy as a fresh vegetable/herb?

One last thing:
I currently take - and have been taking for some time - a daily multivitamin which contains (among many other things) 11mg of zinc. Can the additional 15mg stand-alone zinc tablet be harmful? In other words, is it safe to continue taking my multivitamin on top of the lecithin, goat weed/maca, palmetto, zinc, and possibly pygeum?

I'm having difficulty finding any horny goat weed in Canada. Anybody know where to find it?

By contrast, I tried two different experiments (one month apart) with celery seed and found it to be a complete boner-killer. Not just a complete waste of my money - it had a negative effect. I can't recommend celery seed at all.

Where have people found the horny goat weed? I can't find it anywhere up here in Canada.
 
During WWII, maple syrup was rationed, so most cheaper "maple" syrups used fenugreek derivatives to supply the maple flavor. Another wartime ersatz substitution!

Yeah a little bit so far, I've only taken it for a little then a week. So far better orgasm, more cum, and jus hornier overall. I'm also working out every day so that may be part of as well.
