The conclusion you're speaking of was referring to a video provided alongside that picture, but said video portrayed some well-known reddit user who looks nothing like easyASMR, not the person from that picture.

While there's no evidence that it's easyASMR, he does have a similar body proportions, nose, chin and jaw. The spot where should be easyASMR's key characteristic (mole on his neck) is not visible, so I would say it's unlikely, but not entirely certain.

I looked at photos of him and the moles as well as his nose, don’t match. Too bad though

He is Asmr Daddy, had a couple of vids. He did a voice acting channel at the same time which did well he is currently active on there. But neglected the asmr channel completely. Was hoping anyone had saved the asmr vids. Here are his links.
