is it possible to increase the size of ones glans? i'd love for the corona on mine to protude past my shaft, at the minute it doesn't (see pictures in album)

Really! wow. I have a big head and it just grew naturally from when I was a boy. The first time I realized it was big was when a friend in the gym shower pointed and said "the head on that thing is giant." LOL. Ever since I've been conscience of it. Most people like big heads but I didn't know there was a device to enlarge it.

Sorry uniquename, but I have to laugh! It reminded me of what a friend of mine
did when we were about 12...he greased himself all up and then "made love" to a piece
of garden hose....he got stuck. He was screaming like crazy because he thought he
was going to be stuck in there, but after his big brother came and helped calm him
down a bit, he lost his erection and finally was able to remove himself....
I love the size when pumped and wish it stayed that engorged! LOL!
But, no problem getting it stuck inside there...when you release the pressure, you begin
to lose your erection and you just pull it out. Of course, the lower cylinder must be the
correct size for if it is too small it will be uncomfortable.

I wondered the same thing before I started pumping, so it is not ignorance...just something you
are not familiar with.
Yeah, the swelling does last for awhile, that is true...which can be nice on certain ocassions...LOL
However, eventually it is the overall increase in EL and EG size that counts..and for me (and a few
others I have spoken with), I have found that the MHM increases glans sensation even more.
I assume you have not pumped before...??
