Of the under 20's that use the showers at my gym I would say half are very well hung while the other half are average (3 -4 inches soft). A typical scene: two buddies nude in shower, one has big dick and his friend is just average. Maybe the small dicked guys are avoiding the showers so it's not a good sample. Compare that to early 1960's: I saw very few hung guys in my gym classes. But they were better samples because no one could avoid the showers.

You still won't see a massive difference in a whole generation, even a huge selection pressure for women to mate with hung men (and I don't think this huge selection pressure exists), would have a miniscule effect on one generation. There might me some bigger pensies, and a miniscule rise in the average. There would only be a noticable change at a population level over many generations if a selection pressure to mate with large pensies keeps up all that time.
You seem to have a few misconceptions about how evolution and natural selection works, as well as human relationships. It might be true that, if women selected partners by statistics, we would see larger penises in a few generations. However, most people's penis length is not on record for women to look up and choose the biggest one to have kids with. Women select partners for a huge number of different reasons. Animals too; they don't just fuck the first male that comes along, mate selection in animals is a very complex process.

The experiment there deals with a series of small populations of lizards, responding to the selection pressure of a new predator introduced to their environment. As the lizards less well-adapted will be eaten and will therefore not breed, it's reasonable to expect to see a rapid change is how well-adapted that population will become to that specific threat.
In a population of 6 billion, spread throughout the world and interbreeding rapidly? With a barely existing selction pressure to mate with a bigger penis? Lizards legs in small island population are a very different thing to human penises.
For example, if you had an island of men with small to large penises, and flew in a female populaiton that would only have sex with the big ones, you could well see a rapid shift in penis size by the next generation (as the small men would have no breeding opportunity).
