That's a good find Ian... I think that the fact that another pic from the series which shows the same bulge removes any doubt that there is something there. Also considering how similar the two bulges I don't think that they were photoshoped... nobody would give themselves that much trouble to create a fake bulge.

"Supernatural" is actually in it's 4th season. Seasons 1-3 are on DVD.
