Cyclops original nickname in the comics was "Slim". He definitely became more muscular over the years though and pretty much everyone in the 90's was big and muscular no matter who their character was.

that was his code name when they raised nathan together

I feel like he might have had that buccal fat removal. It seemed just recently he was more "cherubic."

Damn, you guys should just stop with your surgical nonsense. People lose weight, their face loses weight too. I was obese and my face was huge. When I lost all my excessive weight, I got freaking cheekbones that people talk about that celebrities get only after “buccal fat removal”. You should stop making all celebrities look like they’re obsessed with surgery. Appearance can change especially if their lifestyle changes.

THIS! God forbid people get older and lose their baby fat. It can only happen with the surgery!!!

He had a conversation with Tom Rhys Harries recently and specifically mentioned losing weight/changing his appearance after Elden Ring for Preppy. The whole thing is an interesting read.

I got quite big for Elden Ring and I suddenly had to look like a more normal-sized person, which is great because you don’t want to look the same in every film.
