The cut of the vest - falling just over his broad shoulders, and arcing deeply to expose his fluffy chest - is exceptionally erotic.
Then we have the tilt of his neck, showcasing the thick muscularity of it, and 48-hour stubble growth.
Finally, the juxtaposition of his bicep bulge with tapering forearm and that classic watch.

I really wanted to know the context of this "kiss", Kit seems a little uncomfortable.
the context is they're advertising the movie and this is to get people to pay attention to it and make it more likely to reach an audience that was less likely to go watch a war movie
The overall context is in the video; they're just being silly for the camera and Charles went in for a peck. It's lighthearted promo for a movie with heavy subject matter. The promo has been a little homoerotic but that's most likely a reflection of the cast's banter. We know how Kit is with men and Charles tended to joke like that too when he was working on Riverdale. There are videos of Charles jokingly kissing his male costars on Riverdale, too.
