I remodelled our house and installed "handicapped" height toilets with "extended rims". Problem solved. No more dick or balls hanging in water, no more dick flopping against the toilet seat as I sit down. Once you get them you will never want to go back.

I have friends who have the old, standard toilets and when I visit it is just agony.
