So the TikTok algorithm, in all it's wisdom, recently bestowed this hunk upon me, and I'm very happy about it. His name is Leon Walter and he's a German fitboy. From his Tik Tok it also looks like he might be in the police or army or something like that? I'm not familiar with German uniforms.
