Yeah, the acne is getting bad and since he won't bulk (and grow his fur out) until later this year, it will only get worse. Accutane can help but god only knows the cocktail of PEDs he's taking that are already putting his internal organs through hell. He's at the point of no return now basically - the flawless model skin that is marketable is gone, but he still isn't in competitive bodybuilding size/shape yet. And a lot of people paid for his OF because of how he looked before. Hoping for his bulk phase to come sooner rather than later.
