I like prominent pectoral muscles but not mammary tissue. If my guy had them I probably wouldn't make a big deal out of it. If he wanted to surgically remove the mammary tissue I would be supportive.

Whether it's fat or muscle, I'm not into man-boobs or disproportionately overpuffed pecs.

That being said there is always someone with an interest. There is always someone who likes what you got no matter how spectacular or weird or average.
