I find that many people THINK they need therapy but most don't. Life is bloody hard and many experiences are normal and non clinical. The UK mental health services are over run by people who are worried well. I am all for therapy for those in need though from my extensive experience, most don't.

Ever have one of those days where everyone decides to be negative/stupid/retarded/hateful? My weekend was pretty much like that. Literally locked myself inside my comfy home, turned the phone off...I shut myself away from the world and negativity, yet people kept trying to contact me or knock on my door getting all worried. Like seriously, EVERYONE JUST CHILL OUT.
