True MJ has a colorful and questionable history with all his legal troubles. Taking everything into consideration his family still represents an American success story. They came up from nothing.
His father is an unsavory character, a tyrant of sorts. Half of those kids are damaged in some way. Look at LaToya and her estranged business manager/husband.

The story was made up. The whole thing was fake. Jacksons spokes person said he is not ill and is working on a new cd. End of story.

Well we will see about that. As I said in an earlier post here I don't wish him ill. However if I lived in the Public Spotlight if something were wrong with me I would have my spokesperson deny it ( As Paul Newman did when he became ill) because I would not want that period of my life to be under a microscope if I were dealing with end of life issues.
Well since he was in los angeles yesterday wearing some weird outfit and shopping. Id say he was far from deaths door, lol.

What waste of oxygen. Shit voice, shit music, shit person. Why do people feel the need to say 'oh but I like his music', no you don't, how many of you actually own anything by him? I'd say less than 5%. Quincy Jones wrote him a few catchy songs in the 80s, thats it. As far as pop 80s people go, George Michael, Boy George, Prince and the boys from Tears for Fears had more appeal and talent in their toes than m. jackson in whole body. The jackson 5 was seriously overrated too. Success story? Yawn, music is littered with them. Hes an average dancer at best to top it off. Jackson Denies Need for Lung Transplant | NBC Los Angeles
A spokesman for entertainer Michael Jackson disputed claims that the singer was near death and called the statements about his ill health a "total fabrication."
Over the weekend, a British paper published a report credited to unauthorized Jackson biographer Ian Halperin saying that the King of Pop was in dire need of a lung transplant due to a rare respiratory condition, was mostly blind in one eye, and suffered from internal bleeding.
The statement from Dr. Thome Thome asserted "Concerning this author's allegations, we would hope in the future that legitimate media will not continue to be exploited by such an obvious attempt to promote this unauthorized 'biography,'" according to Reuters.
Jackson is currently 50 years old, and his spokesman claimed that he was in negotiations for a world tour. That might help the embattled performer out of his financial troubles. He's currently being sued for alleged failure to repay a multi-million advance on an album that was never produced. Jackson recently gave up his Neverland Ranch and is auctioning off his possessions.

Michael jackson is without question one of, if not the most succesful & influential artists EVER. Your summation of him is woefully ignorant. I think youll find that a lot more than 5% of people have one of his records in their homes. Well, depends whether youre including the whole world or not! His sales are phenomenal by any definition. Who doesnt like some of his music? Off the wall & Thriller are full of incredible tracks. Every artist needs a good producer...but its Michael who sold the music with his delivery of it. His dancing may look dated these days but it has had a huge influence on many modern artists; Usher, Timberlake, Neyo etc etc
As for wanting the "pedophile" to die.....well, if u care so much about kids then why dont u think about his kids losing their one & only parent? Quite.
There is just so much wrong here I wouldnt even know where to start. :tongue:
I hope it's not true but if it is, kinda answers some of his rumored behavior over the years. I do not agree with all the choices he's made but the last thing I would do is wish him death. There's always three sides to every story but the truth wins every time especially since the media primary objective is to entertainment and make revenue. I am real careful not to wish things on others that I wouldn't want for myself.
