This story is about the roommate I found and all of the horny events that took place after he moved it. The hottest time of my life.
After five years of living with Rob, the thought of finding a new roommate was shit. We’d met during our first year at uni, hit it off, and shared a flat with a few other students from second year. After graduation, only Rob and I found jobs in the city. Two years later Rob got a promotion and had to move across the country. I hoped to keep the place to myself, but a few months on, I was financially struggling. I had no choice but to find a replacement.
Where do you even advertise for a roommate? The local uni notice board felt like a bad idea, a student roommate could be chaotic. I thought about Gumtree but it was too anonymous. Facebook was a cesspool of boomers. Then it hit me: Reddit. It was still anonymous, but with a bit of sleuthing, I could vet potential applicants through their other posts and comments. It felt like a solid vetting process.
“Spare room.
I have a large spare bedroom to let in my apartment in the Southside. Large room with furniture including a king bed, desk and wardrobe. Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. Secure bike rack. No pets. Non-smoker. I’m a clean and tidy 24 year old man in full time work. Fairly chill and quiet but like a night out a couple times a month. No couples please.”
I got a few responses within days and decided to have a look at their profiles to see if anyone looked psycho before I responded to them.
The first message was from a woman, 29, nurse. Her message was friendly but looking at her post history she seems a bit of a flake who was prone to arguing with randoms so I put her in the maybe pile.
The second one was from a 40 year old man. His message was straight to the point and he had no previous post history so he also went on the maybe pile for now.
The last message was from a 23 year old man who was living with his now ex-girlfriend and needed out ASAP. Looking at his post history, he was quite an active reddit user. He posted a lot in the shitposting and meme subs that I was also on and his sense of humour seemed similar to mine. It looked like he had posted on a couple of the rate me and fitness progress subs. He had deleted the original posts but left some of his comment replies in. Judging by the comments from other users, people found him really hot. I then found a trail to a post from last year on bigdickproblems. Reading the comments it sounded like he had been trying to find a pulsating cock ring for when he fucked his then girlfriend but hadn’t been able to find anything wide enough. I messaged him right back, gave him the address and asked if he wanted to come round to see it. He replied almost instantly, “Nice street man, yeah I’ll pop over tonight if that’s ok. Keen to sort something really soon.” The thought of a new roommate being a fit straight boy was a turn on. I’d only had girlfriends in the past, but I had messed around with a few men over the years and recently every time I walked down the street I was seeing a guy I wanted to fuck.
I made sure the place was tidy then got ready. I started questioning what to wear as if I was going on a date or something. I know when you are looking for a roommate it is much more about who you will be sharing with than the room itself and the vetting process was two way. This is casual, I thought, so I just put on grey sweatshorts and a yellow basketball vest.
