I honestly can’t remember where I read it. It stated that he was going to wear a prosthetic penis but thought it looked so unrealistic that he was willing to do the scene full frontal. This kinda reminds me of the time Colin Farrell had a graphic full frontal scene in the movie “ A Home At The End Of The World” his penis was so large that the scene was deemed overwhelming gratuitous and so districting that it was completely cut from the movie. Maybe this situation is kinda like that?
