Preference stems from something too; I like the color blue more than I like the color red for a reason--I may not know exactly why, but I do. So if you say 'no blacks' then why? Is it simply the color of our skin? and you don't find that to be racist? And not all 'blacks' are actually the color black, so by dismissing all 'blacks' for some trait you dislike, you're basically just enforcing stereotypes. Saying 'no fats' rude, but it really is personal choice. We get what you don't like. Saying 'no fems' again, rude, but we understand what you don't like. Saying ' no blacks, no asians' but why? We all don't have the same features, we all don't have the same skin color, and we are not all the pants to the ground, slang talking thugs we are portrayed as by most media. So by definition of racism, if you are dismissing us based on these stereotypes, then you are a racist. Racism doesn't always have to be the aggressive form ( the n-word calling kkk member), it can also be covert ( the company that only seems to hire a certain complexion, but guarantees it is a friendly, professional environment). So yes it is a matter of preference, but preferences can be influenced by racism.
